Season 89 — “King vs. King” — introduces Daily Puzzles, a brand-new daily game mode, starting November 2, 2026.
How it works
- One puzzle per day, with the first batch running November 2–8.
- You receive 1–4 cards, each usable exactly once.
- Enemy actions are fully scripted: identical on every attempt.
- Par sets the target attempt count (think golf); Attempts tracks how many tries you used.
- No rewards — it’s a pure skill mode for bragging rights.
The clue system
Supercell confirmed that puzzle names carry hints. The very first puzzle, “Bone Blockade”, points at Skeletons and a static defensive wall — and reading the name before playing is already the community’s standard opening.
What we’re watching
The big open question is whether Daily Puzzles become a permanent fixture after the first batch ends. Supercell has said more puzzles arrive later in the season; if the mode survives the season transition, daily-solution content becomes a long-term beat instead of a one-off event. We’ll update this page — and the archive — as soon as the second batch is announced.
